Carrie manages all of SWD’s strategic marketing campaigns and is responsible for developing recognition and brand awareness around the company and its services. Her team manages the preparation and planning for all financial seminars and client events, digital and social media marketing, graphic design, tv show production and editing, advertising, and appointment management. Carrie has over 15 years of marketing experience with both public and private B2B and B2C organizations, most recently in the financial services industry. She received her bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications from the University of North Florida.

Dawn manages the Client Services department. She assists existing clients with all of their account service needs and is the point of contact regarding accounts you have with the firm. She prepares all Strategic Wealth Reports and other sales reports for potential new clients. Dawn also helps support compliance operations within the firm, a critical function for our Independent Registered Investment Advisors. Dawn earned her Bachelors from the University of Louisville in 2008. In December of 2013, Dawn earned her Master’s through Georgetown College.

Jeremy is one of the Client Service Specialists for Strategic Wealth Designers. He is part of the team that works with new clients to ensure all accounts are opened and transferred correctly. During the new business process he will be a main point of contact for updates and questions. Jeremy also assists existing clients with account service needs. He earned his associate’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in Computer Information Systems. Jeremy enjoys competing in local bass fishing tournaments throughout the state of Kentucky. He is also a member of USA Bassin Kayak Bass Fishing tournament organizations. You will often find Jeremy floating down his favorite river during the cold months of November & December targeting “his favorite”, the elusive smallmouth bass. Jeremy also grew up working in the family business where he developed a very strong work ethic as well as the importance of family values.

Zach is the Digital Marketing Specialist for Strategic Wealth Designers. He is involved with the creation and development all of the firm’s visual marketing products and campaigns, including graphic design and website management. He also assists with the editing and production of Matt’s weekly TV show, Strategic Wealth with Matt Dicken. Zach updates all social media sites and the firm’s website, www.SWDgroup.com, and provides support to the Marketing Department’s daily operations. Zach graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2014 with his bachelor’s degree in Electronic Media.

Jarrett is involved in various activities within multiple departments of Strategic Wealth Designers as a Client Service Specialist. He creates annual reports for existing clients coming in for annual reviews, and compiles Strategic Wealth Reports and risk analyses to assist the advisors when giving new clients perspective on their financial situations. Jarrett also assists with client requests pertaining to their accounts such as status updates, withdrawals, and further retirement analysis reporting. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Indiana University.

Mackenzie earned her bachelor’s degree in 2015 at the University of Kentucky with a major in Integrated Strategic Communication and a focus in Account Management.

Maddy is our Relationships Manager. She serves as “Traffic Control” for appointment bookings by proactively keeping the calendar full and controlling the flow of data. She also ensures best practices for scheduling management that is in line with Advisor preference and company policies. Beyond relationship management she also assists the Marketing department with our client events. Maddy earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville in May, where she majored in Marketing and minored in International Business.
